Can I paste company data into ChatGPT or other AI tools?
Only if your organisation has made agreements about it. Free consumer versions may use your input to train models. Use business versions with a data processing agreement, and never share personal data or confidential documents without an established policy.
How do I recognise a hallucination?
AI models phrase falsehoods just as convincingly as facts. Always verify checkable details such as names, numbers, quotes and sources against the source itself. Good AI systems show citations with every answer; that is exactly why Orieon builds this in as standard.
Does using AI violate the GDPR?
No, provided it is set up properly: EU hosting or a data processing agreement, no unnecessary personal data entered, and transparency towards the people involved. Our own systems are privacy by design: no tracking and no storage of personal data.
Will AI replace our employees?
Practice shows something different: AI takes over tasks, not jobs. The biggest return is in removing repetitive search and admin work, giving people more time for work that requires judgment and human contact.
What is the difference between an AI tool and a custom AI solution?
A generic tool does not know your organisation and gives generic answers. A custom solution works on your own documents and processes, with source citations and control over what the system does and does not say. That is the difference between handy and reliable enough to build on.
